Here are a few reviews of The Nhorn, Book 4 in The Animal Guild Series, that have been posted on Amazon, Smashwords, Goodreads, PC and elsewhere.
"A gripping conclusion to the trilogy. Lots of action and excitement. Another page turner." Sept. 30, 2015
"Great. I chose 5 stars because there is not a single fault with the book that could possibly down rate it." Aug. 7, 2015
"The mystery continues . . . It just keeps getting better and
better." Feb. 22, 2015
"This is a 'read it under the covers with a flashlight' kind of book . . . can't put it down!" Feb. 16, 2015
"A tremendously satisfying conclusion to
the trilogy! The plot is wonderfully intricate and twisty-turny, the writing
evocative, the pacing breakneck. But, as with all the earlier offerings in the
Animal Guild Series, it's the well-drawn characters and their relationships
that make the book special. Didn't want it to end. More! More!! More!!!" Sept. 23, 2014
"This trilogy really should be a movie! I didn't want it to end." July 3, 2014
"The Marrhob Trilogy Concludes with Non-Stop Excitement!
Wow! The conclusion of this 'trilogy within the Animal Guild Series' delivers a wild rollercoaster ride of a book! Our animal friends are really put through the wringer in this one, but they
persevere and come out the stronger for it.
By turns this story is laugh-out-loud hilarious and heartbreakingly sad. There
are terrible losses balanced by surprising gains; the denouement is shocking
and the ending is bittersweet. What sticks with me the most here is the love the animal characters have for
one another. There's some nice romantic love, yes, but mostly the book is
filled with the love of friends for one another and the unconditional love of
the extended family that is the Guild. There is no limit to an individual's
capacity to give of themselves and receive in return. My personal recommendation: Don't miss the scene with the three generals! The
best in the books so far and one of the better scenes I've ever read in any
book at all. Looking forward to more books from this author!" July 29, 2014
